IEEE Region 8 Volunteer Leadership Training

Our branch chapter vice chair, Igor Kvasić, recently attended the IEEE Region 8 Volunteer Leadership Training in Glasgow. The training aimed to equip volunteers with leadership and management skills necessary to run the organization effectively.

The Region 8 Volunteer Leadership Training was a three-day program held in Glasgow, Scotland, that brought together IEEE volunteers from Europe, Middle East, and Africa. The training covered various aspects of leadership, including communication skills, team management, and strategic planning.

The training provided a great opportunity to learn from experienced IEEE leaders and network with other volunteers from the region. The insights gained from the training will be instrumental in improving the performance of our SBC and contributing to IEEE’s overall success.
